As first-time homebuyers, my husband and I were totally unfamiliar with the process. The first time we met Ginger was for coffee and she gave us an overview of the process and what we could expect. She then listened to what we were looking for in a home and before we knew it, we were going on tours and to open houses! Ginger was patient with us as our wants/needs list evolved during our search. In fact, we should have listened to one of her initial neighborhood suggestions–which we originally vehemently objected to–because that is where we ultimately purchased our home!
