During both my first purchase and second purchase, I canceled while in escrow after the inspections. Ginger was very supportive of both cancelations as she wanted to make sure I was happy with my purchase.

The first time I worked with Ginger, I probably looked at 30 properties with her. I lived in another state at the time so there were even times that she had to look at the properties with my brother instead of me. Ginger was a trooper through it all.
CONVENIENCE
Ginger ensures she has the proper tools available to provide convenience to her customers. For one of the escrows, some loan docs had to be signed at the very 11th hour. The escrow office required that we sign paperwork that then needed to be dropped off at their office. That would have been difficult as we were both working that day! Ginger came to the rescue and arranged for us to Docusign the paperwork so we avoided the need to drop off paperwork.
